You cannot use the same board for all the micro controller, this type is of switching is not supported, this module is used for PIC Microcontrollers only.

The development board only supports 40 PIN ICs, It has ISP pin out for programmingGND,VCC, MCLR, PGCand PGD .You can load the hex file using this pinout.
