Q: I've brought this converter...is the conversion bidirectional??i.e can i collect data from an rs485 enabled meter and output it through the usb to my Arduino due micro usb port (using OTG cable here)?

    Yes, bi directional communication is possible. OTG we have not yet checked but you can communicate using USB cable.

Q: I have received USB to RS485 converter module from your site. I am using Win XP operating system and my system is not recognizing the module when it is connected to computer,Please help me.

    Dear Mr.Paras, Kindly install FT232 Driver form the below link,

     Click here to download FT232 Driver

    To know about the installation please go through the below video link,

    NOTE : The product shown in the vedio is just for the refernce to install the ft232 driver, same procedure has to be follwed for your product as well.
